The Resilience duo is a new sound of hip hop with Indigenous flavor. Their style consists of Hellnback's fire flow of timelessness while Lisa finds the beat of the sound adding a fresh new wave to the scene. With respect to the understanding of the cultural component, The Resilience wanted to ensure their ancestors are honored in music by sharing the narratives and stories of the intergenerational impacts of the Residential School and of our Indigenous People. Their content can be utilized as teaching tools and music for our upcoming generation.
To create a memorable impact through lyrical Indigenous storytellers from the journey to listeners.
A refreshing sound of hip hop music with Indigenous flavour and to utilize our stories as tools to educate.
To create music that will leave a fresh new vibe for you, our nation, family, children and future generations.
